Are formulas preserved in the PDF?: The PDF shows the calculated values of formulas, not the formulas themselves. This is standard behavior — PDF is a visual format and does not support spreadsheet calculations.
What happens to charts and images?: Charts and images embedded in the spreadsheet are included in the PDF output where supported by the rendering engine.
Is there a file size limit?: There is no fixed limit. Very large files may be slower to process depending on your device memory. For typical spreadsheets the conversion is near-instant.
Can I convert a password-protected Excel file?: Password-protected Excel files cannot be read by the converter. Remove the password protection first by opening the file in Excel and saving without a password.
Is the PDF editable after conversion?: No. The PDF is a static representation of your spreadsheet. If you need to edit it, you would need to modify the original Excel file and reconvert.
